By engaging with my freelance services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
I offer the following freelance services:

• Graphic Design

• Branding

• Photography

• Web Design

• Other related services as agreed upon with the client.
   

2. Payment Terms

• Fixed-price projects
  For larger projects with a clear scope (e.g. branding, websites, catalogues, photoshoots), a fixed price will be agreed upfront based on your specific needs.

  • I’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your project after discussing the scope and goals.

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the project and secure your booking.

  • You’ll receive two invoices: one for the deposit and one for the remaining balance.

  • The balance invoice (final 50%) is issued when the project is complete and is due before the final deliverables are handed over.

  • All invoices are due within 7 days of issue.

  • Split payments can be arranged for larger projects — just ask.

•  Hourly rate
  Ideal for smaller tasks like updates, tweaks, or quick one-off jobs.

  • You can book up to 3 hours at £40/hour.

  • Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.

  • If the work is expected to take longer than 3 hours, I’ll suggest switching to a fixed project rate for better value and structure.

• Day / Half-Day Rate
  You can book me for a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) of focused design time.

  • Ideal for design sprints, workshops, or quick turnarounds.

  • Rates and availability can be discussed on request.
     

3. General Payment Info

• Invoices are sent by email with payment details.

• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee from the due date until paid in full.

• Work may be paused if payment becomes significantly overdue.

• Final files will only be delivered after full payment is received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you need to cancel the project after the deposit has been paid, please let me know as soon as possible. The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it secures your booking and covers the time and work already allocated to your project.

• If the project is cancelled after work has started, any additional time or costs already incurred beyond the deposit will be invoiced accordingly.

• If, for any reason, I need to cancel the project (which is very rare), I’ll refund any payments you’ve made for work not yet completed and do my best to recommend alternative solutions where possible.

5. Project Scope and Revisions

• The project scope will be defined upfront. Changes to the scope may affect costs and timelines.

• Two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions will be charged at an agreed rate.
   

6. Delivery and Timelines

• Estimated timelines will be provided at the start and may shift based on project scope and client feedback.

• Delays in feedback or missing information from the client may affect delivery time.
   

7. Copyright and Ownership

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once full payment is made.

• I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

8. No Guarantees

• I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales or business performance from the design or photography services provided.

• I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services.
   

9. Liability

• I am not liable for any financial losses or other issues caused by the use of the deliverables.

• The client must provide accurate and complete information to avoid errors or omissions.
   

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
